Direct booking terms

Your booking

These terms describe direct bookings with Cityside Stays LLC. An inquiry or quote does not confirm a reservation. Check your selected unit, dates, guest count and total before paying, and look for a confirmed reservation after checkout. Contact stay@citysidestays.com if confirmation is missing or incorrect.

Prices and payment

The booking form shows the accommodation price, cleaning fee, taxes and total before payment. Availability and prices are checked again at checkout. Card payments are processed through Stripe. A temporary authorization may appear while the reservation is being confirmed; if the booking cannot be completed, contact us about the payment status.

Cancellation

For direct bookings, the cancellation schedule shown before payment applies:

• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund.
• 7 to 29 days before check-in: 50% accommodation refund; taxes refunded.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: Accommodation non-refundable; taxes refunded.

For stays under 28 nights, cancel within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund if you booked at least 7 days before check-in. After check-in, the accommodation is non-refundable. For stays of 28 nights or more: Unit 1 offers a full refund only within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in; Unit 2 offers a full refund until 30 days before check-in. Outside those monthly refund windows, nights already used and up to 30 additional nights are non-refundable, limited to the remaining reservation. Taxes on unused nights are refunded. Deadlines use the property's local time in Tampa.

Request cancellations or date changes by emailing stay@citysidestays.com with your booking reference. Changes depend on availability and may change the price. Reservations made through Airbnb or another booking platform are governed by the terms shown for that platform reservation.

During your stay

Follow the guest count, check-in and checkout instructions and house rules provided for your reservation. Contact us before booking if you need an exception or have an accessibility question. Report a problem promptly so we can help.

These website terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Changes to this page do not retroactively change the cancellation terms provided with a confirmed reservation.
