Information collected

When you inquire or book, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, optional phone number, requested dates, unit preference, guest count and message. Booking records include quotes, amounts, payment status and reservation references.

Our hosting and security services also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Please do not send card numbers, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

How information is used and shared

We use information to answer inquiries, check availability, process and manage reservations, communicate about your stay, maintain transaction records and prevent misuse.

Service providers support these activities: Stripe processes payments, Hostaway manages reservations, Resend delivers transactional email, and hosting, database and security providers operate the website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, disputes or safety issues.

Payments

Card details are entered into Stripe Checkout. Our website receives payment references and status, rather than storing your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics
