What a kitchen does to your per diem
Lodging and M&IE are separate lines, and a hotel room with a mini-fridge quietly turns the second one into three restaurant meals a day. This unit has a full kitchen — stove and oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, knives, spices and cooking basics already here — plus a coffee and tea bar, so breakfast and dinner stop being transactions.
We are not going to quote you a per diem rate; that depends on your orders and the current locality tables. What we will say is that the difference between eating out twice a day and cooking is the part of TDY travel most people underestimate.
PCS, house-hunting, and the gap before base housing
Not every stay here is a short TDY. Families waiting on base housing or closing on a place off base need somewhere that works for weeks rather than nights, and the unit sleeps up to four — a queen bed plus a twin-size sofa bed, with an air mattress on request. Four is our licensed limit, not a marketing number.
Stays of 30 nights or more move to a monthly rate. If your report date slips or your orders change, message us and we will work the dates out with you.
Arriving at an odd hour
Check-in is a smart-lock keypad on the unit door — no key handover, no arrival window, no front desk that closes. Your code arrives in the check-in message before you travel, and the door locks behind you automatically.
Parking is a free assigned spot numbered the same as your unit, so a late arrival does not turn into a hunt for street parking. It is a second-floor unit up one flight of stairs with no elevator, which is worth knowing if you are moving a household rather than a duffel.

It works well for that. Stays are flexible from a few nights to a month or longer, the kitchen is fully equipped, and sleeps four (queen + twin-size sofa bed, air mattress on request).
